The Role
We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of services consultants through our Consultant Development Program. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you help solve complex business challenges and get to be hands-on with technology everyday.
We believe in pushing high potential people to achieve excellence. Our program is specifically designed to provide a challenging environment where youre expected to learn fast, contribute quickly, and are empowered with significant responsibility early.
This role doesnt require a background in life sciences or technology. You bring your drive and ability to learn; well provide education on the industry, technical training, and robust opportunities to develop your consulting skills and grow your career.

Work Environment:
Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can choose to work in an office or remotely from home on any given day of the week. Associate Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veevas Boston, New York City or Madison office and typically go to the office two to three days per week.

Customer-facing roles, such as Sales and Professional Services, live near and/or travel to their customers.
