03Why we built it
We kept meeting people who were right for a job that never saw them.
Not because they were unqualified. Their experience was described in words the software was not looking for: a support lead who had spent three years running operations. So we started from the other end, and asked what it takes to understand a CV properly rather than rank it faster.
That question became joblet.ai: a place where people can explore more than a million live roles, understand where their experience fits, and move forward with better context.
