Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Margate, Florida.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours Employment Type: Travel Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights.Join a hospital in Margate, FL as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values clinical skill while experiencing a new location.

Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical cardiac data.What Youll Need: ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).ARRT, ACLS, BLS, and ARRT competency in special procedures and GE Innova required.Competence with GE Innova imaging systems and experience using Meditech and MacLab EMR systems.

Experience performing diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac cath, cerebral angiograms, stent placement, and balloon angioplasty.State licensure when required.Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting preferred.RCIS strongly preferred but listed as preferred.Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital.Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (4 procedure rooms; 1 patient per room).Shift name: Days.Shift hours: 0700-1700.Patient ratio: 1:1 during procedures.Team composition: Day shifts typically staffed with a charge RN, director, and approximately 16 staff across rooms; on-call night teams are used frequently.

On-call: Frequent; candidates must be flexible and adaptable to unit needs.Location Highlights Margate, FL offers coastal-suburban living with nearby outdoor recreation and convenient transit options.The city is approximately 10 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and about 20 miles from downtown Fort Lauderdale.Nearby attractions include Butterfly World and the Everglades National Park gateway areas within a 30–60 minute drive, offering airboat tours and wildlife viewing.

The region provides easy access to beaches such as Fort Lauderdale Beach (about a 25–30 minute drive) and a variety of dining and entertainment options in nearby Las Olas Boulevard and Sawgrass Mills Mall.The area suits clinicians seeking suburban lifestyle with ready access to urban nightlife, waterfront activities, and outdoor recreation.Benefits Designed for Travelers Comprehensive benefits available for travelers, including medical options and 401k where applicable.Recruiter support available 24/7 by phone, text, or email.Travel and license reimbursement and housing options may be available depending on assignment.
