Advocate for patient safety by accurately executing physician orders and maintaining comprehensive records that provide a clear, reliable roadmap of the patient’s healing journey.Navigate the discharge process in collaboration with the wider team to ensure patients and their families have a seamless, supported transition from hospital to home.Lead with decisive judgment and advanced critical thinking to manage complex clinical scenarios with minimal supervision, maintaining a steady focus on excellence even in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
