What you will do
The Planning Manager External Manufacturing is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Leads, coaches, and empowers a team of E2E planners in the area of external manufacturing
Manages all activities related to the execution from net requirements to the delivery of finish goods to the distribution center
Implementation of inventory management policies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock outs
Ensures execution of all the necessary due diligence enabling the delivery of all KPIs, and proactively resolves and escalates issues as appropriate
Analyzes results and initiates action to meet business goals. Improves profitability through process improvements and optimal utilization of resources
Acts as leader for complexity reduction and compliance projects, driving relevant analysis across the entire supply chain
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Master/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5-8 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Supply) and broad-based understanding of business operations, with particular focus on external manufacturing planning and execution and overall E2E supply chain dynamics
Planning experience and knowledge of Kenvue planning systems (SAP, OMP, SNC) is highly desired, strong Excel capabilities are required
Analytical mindset, sound judgment and decision making, problem solver
Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present complex information
Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives
Ability to prioritize requests and propose effective alternatives when necessary
Strong level of credibility with internal and external partners
Ability to influence and understand differing needs of partners and stakeholders
Fluent level of written and spoken English
Travel: up to 10% domestically and internationally
