About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist who is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services required to support organizational operations. This role ensures that purchasing activities are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with business needs while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in end-to-end procurement processes.

Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery
• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders from requisition through completion
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and timelines
• Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Review invoices and resolve pricing, quantity, or delivery discrepancies
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning as needed
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Assist with contract administration, renewals, and supplier performance reviews as applicable

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
• At least 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
