About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Master Data Specialist to support end-to-end product data management within a fast-paced consumer products and logistics environment. This role will focus on maintaining accurate product and pricing data, supporting data synchronization efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate publications to internal systems and retail partners. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving processes that impact order-to-cash operations. Job Title: Product Master Data Specialist Location: Wayne, PA (Hybrid) Compensation: $25-$28/hour Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client master price lists and product specification documentation shared across internal teams and retail partners • Complete new item setup and ongoing maintenance within internal Product Information Management (PIM) and ERP systems • Publish and synchronize product master data from PIM to warehouse management and third-party logistics systems • Review, audit, and maintain accuracy of Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) data between internal systems and customer platforms • Partner directly with clients to ensure product catalogs are accurate, complete, and aligned with retail requirements • Identify opportunities for data synchronization and process improvements; lead training and documentation efforts as needed • Serve as a subject matter expert for product data tools, including 1WorldSync, PIM platforms, and retailer publication standards • Collaborate with eCommerce teams to ensure product data integrity across platforms such as Salsify or similar tools • Work with internal IT teams, external data providers, and clients to troubleshoot issues and enhance operational workflows • Coordinate with retail partners to ensure timely publication of new and updated items • Maintain strong client relationships to proactively address business needs and data issues • Support operational updates including EDI connectivity, item catalog updates, and system enhancements

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple departments • Build strong relationships with internal sales and client-facing teams to support growth and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required • 1-2 years of experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or related environment preferred • Strong attention to detail with a genuine interest in data accuracy and integrity • Advanced proficiency in Excel required • Experience with data synchronization tools (1WorldSync preferred) is a plus • Background in catalog management, product management, or master data management a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic setting • Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders • Supply chain or logistics experience preferred • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule with on-site collaboration in Wayne, PA • Minimal travel as needed
