Junior Business Analyst | Hybrid OpportunityWe're looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join a collaborative and customer-focused team environment. What You'll Do:- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze current business processes and workflows
- Support development of functional and technical specifications
- Participate in meetings and workshops to provide project updates
- Identify and document project risks and issues
- Assist with system testing and implementation activities
- Prepare training materials and user documentation
- Provide post-implementation support to end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer-focused projects
What You Bring:- 1-5 years of experience in analytics and customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Confidence interacting directly with customers and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting customer relations or process improvement initiatives
- Previous utility or energy industry experience is a plus
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
