Responsibilities

• Contract Membership Specialist (CMS) Pay Range: $28.25 - $33.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Contract Length: Minimum 1 year with strong potential to extend up to 2 years About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Contract Membership Specialist to support complex membership, contracting, and data management processes. • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, connecting information across multiple systems, and proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. • You'll work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting large customer memberships, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance within highly regulated environments. • Key Responsibilities Manage the full membership lifecycle for large organized customers, including new eligibility, updates, additions, and removals Create and maintain membership affiliations and eligibility status for direct and indirect customers Process master data requests in SAP-based systems according to established business rules Monitor multiple systems to validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across platforms Research issues thoroughly by analyzing data across systems to identify root causes Resolve membership inquiries from internal teams and external partners Access, analyze, and process data using reporting and revenue management tools Maintain accurate membership records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contracting, pricing, and membership processes Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Contribute to continuous process improvement and support new initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (field of study flexible) 1-3 years of experience in contracting, membership, pricing, data analytics, or related functions Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to connect data across multiple systems Experience working with large data management platforms and complex datasets Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs (high proficiency required) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Curious, inquisitive mindset with a strong drive to learn and take on new challenges Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with revenue management or contract management platforms SAP system experience Background supporting pricing, contracting, or membership operations Documented Excel assessment or testing scores Why This Role?
