About the Role
Here at Globe Life/Zuzick Organization – our mission for 2025 is to grow our leadership team so we can continue to support the growth of the company while developing all of our leadership team to help them achieve the next level in their career.This is an entry level position with the ability to fast track into a leadership role and it is 100% work from home!
Mentorship is a huge part of our culture - I’m looking for coachable, competitive and self-motivated individuals who are in search of a new opportunity where they can dig in their roots and grow with the company!
Responsibilities Include:
- Give virtual presentations to help protect each family you meet with and help them build a legacy
- Collaborate with management teams to work towards company objectives and career development
- Learn the blueprint for success and then build a team while providing coaching and mentorship
