About the Role
Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company Duration: 3 Months (possible extension) Location: 100% Remote Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end payroll analysis, reconciliation, and compliance. Ensures accurate payroll processing, auditing, and regulatory adherence while managing payroll data validation and system testing across multi-state operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll transactions and employee issues to ensure smooth processing
Ensure payroll compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements
Research and resolve tax, garnishment, and benefit-related payroll issues
Support merger/acquisition activities, audits, and journal entry reconciliations
Manage system integrations and coordinate with vendors for payroll data accuracy
Lead testing, validation, and troubleshooting of payroll conversion activities
Top Skills Required:
2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Global View (multi-state payroll processing)
Time & Attendance management including Leave of Absence (LOA) handling
Advanced Excel skills for auditing and variance analysis
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Experience preparing load files and validating payroll conversions
Understanding of vendor integrations and data flow between systems
Experience:
3-5 years operational experience in payroll administration using ADP Global View
