Sales Manager – Cardiovascular Portfolio

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, commercial excellence, distributor performance, customer engagement, and market development across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the Cardiovascular Portfolio.
  • Set, monitor, and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets with strong execution discipline.
  • Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability and business continuity.
  • Manage and optimize distributor performance through objective setting, business reviews, performance monitoring, and corrective action plans.
  • Develop and execute pricing, commercial, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key customers, healthcare institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives to expand business performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure business success.
  • Provide regular business updates, revenue reports, forecasting insights, and performance reviews to regional leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience in distributor-led business models, commercial strategy, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in cardiovascular therapies, interventional therapies, or specialty medical device businesses.
  • Experience managing complex healthcare stakeholder environments and KOL engagement.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
