This is a senior, high-impact leadershiprole responsible for shaping and scaling the business technology ecosystem that powers go-to-market performance across sales and marketing.You will drive the strategy, architecture, and optimization of core platforms—especially Salesforce and integrated MarTech systems—ensuring they enable scalable revenue growth and operational excellence.The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring deep technical fluency and strong business partnership across executive stakeholders.You will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that streamline the lead-to-cash lifecycle, improve data integrity, and accelerate automation through AI-driven solutions.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will translate business priorities into a clear technology roadmap and measurable outcomes.This is a highly visible position in a fast-paced environment where innovation, ownership, and impact are expected.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will define and execute the strategic direction of sales and marketing technology operations while ensuring scalable, efficient, and data-driven business processes. You will own platform performance, cross-functional alignment, and the delivery of initiatives that directly support revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and lead the 18-month strategy and roadmap for sales and marketing technology systems aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Optimize the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle through process redesign, automation, and Agile delivery practices
  • Architect and enhance a complex Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and integrated business applications
  • Oversee marketing technology platforms, including automation, attribution, and customer data systems, ensuring seamless data flow and governance
  • Lead enterprise-wide AI and automation initiatives to eliminate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage executive reporting, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Lead a technical team of analysts and administrators, ensuring performance, capability development, and delivery excellence
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams and executive stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships, including contract oversight and performance evaluation
  • Drive change management, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement across systems and processes
Requirements:

This role requires a senior leader with deep Salesforce expertise, strong technical architecture understanding, and proven experience leading business technology transformation in complex, fast-paced environments. You should be equally comfortable engaging with executives and diving into technical execution details.

  • 10+ years of experience in business technology, Salesforce ecosystems, or revenue operations platforms
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud preferred)
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent tools)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex system integrations using APIs, middleware, and data platforms
  • Strong leadership experience managing technical teams (6–8+ people) with a focus on mentoring and development
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, lead management, and revenue operations frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building executive dashboards and BI solutions (Power BI, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital transformation and automation initiatives
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and driving cross-functional execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Experience with data governance, compliance frameworks (GDPR/CCPA), and enterprise security standards
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
