Instructional Services Systems Specialist
Full-time position beginning 7/15/2026.Location: District Office Scheduled Days/Hours: 1.0 FTE, 202 days/year.Qualifications: Minnesota teaching license.Desire to build educational leadership skills and capacity.Grades 6-12 experience preferred.Pay Rate/Range: 2026-2027 NEA Agreement BA-$57,461 - MA40-$95,320.Base pay DOQ.Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Comprehensive and affordable benefits package including: Medical.Dental.Vision.
Life/AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Coverage. 403 (b) Plan and District Match District Paid Life Insurance $1,000 National Stipends (if teacher has national certification as outlined in NEA Agreement) Deadline: 7/7/26 -- EOE Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check.Responsibilities: The PreK-12 Systems and Instructional Coach provides teacher leadership and support for the purpose of enhancing student outcomes through continuous improvement in teaching, assessment and implementation of effective pedagogical practices and the Northfield Public Schools PreK-12 instructional programs.
