Project Engineer - Level 4 | Lockheed Martin

The Work: We are seeking a self-motivated Project Engineer who is looking for a challenging work environment.You will work as an integrated part of the multi-disciplinary Derco Engineering & Technical Solutions team and be a key component in designing, developing, and delivering custom aircraft component overhaul and repair solutions.You will interpret technical engineering data and develop solutions to support related activities such as tool and fixture design, development of component overhaul training programs, etc.This position requires working onsite at our Milwaukee, WI facility.

Domestic and International travel is required.You will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Who You Are: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are a self-starter, and excel at interfacing with customers while effectively managing and completing multiple projects. A level 4 employee is senior-career and typically has 5+ years of professional experience.
