Qualifications • 2+ years of administrative or client service experience (financial services preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred: • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox)
• Familiarity with financial products (investments, insurance, retirement plans)
• Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, or 65/66) or willingness to obtain
• Experience with financial planning software
