Job Description
- Lead and oversee company-wide operations, processes, and team performance
- Standardize workflows, budgets, staffing, scheduling, and resource management
- Set strategy, KPIs, and drive execution to support growth and profitability
- Establish and enforce SOPs, safety, and compliance standards
- Drive operational excellence through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and meeting cadence across teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, construction, and other departments
- Develop, mentor, and scale high-performing teams (hiring, training, performance management)
- Monitor operational performance, identify risks/opportunities, and implement improvements

- Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels and departments
