Job Description
  • Lead and oversee company-wide operations, processes, and team performance
  • Standardize workflows, budgets, staffing, scheduling, and resource management
  • Set strategy, KPIs, and drive execution to support growth and profitability
  • Establish and enforce SOPs, safety, and compliance standards
  • Drive operational excellence through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure clear communication, alignment, and meeting cadence across teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, construction, and other departments
  • Develop, mentor, and scale high-performing teams (hiring, training, performance management)
  • Monitor operational performance, identify risks/opportunities, and implement improvements
