Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team on a short-term contract basis. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, and supporting internal scheduling processes. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, intermittent workload environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming interview and recruiting coordination requests.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to initiate and manage requisitions within the HR system.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including holding calendar time and updating invites on behalf of hiring teams.
- Manage candidate logistics throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Complete required intake and tracking forms to support interview scheduling and workflow visibility.
- Create and maintain organized documentation, including shared folders for candidate materials and interview documentation.
- Send confirmations and follow-up communications to candidates regarding interviews and next steps.
Essential Skills
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to fluctuating workload demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Outlook or Google Calendar and document management platforms.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative scheduling is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with an intermittent workload, averaging approximately 20–25 hours per week depending on business needs. Flexibility is required to support scheduling demands as they arise.

This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
