Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, candidates with career gaps, early-career professionals, and career switchers who want to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, and real-world project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process workflows
Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
Support cross-functional teams in implementing business solutions
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track defects/issues through resolution
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
Maintain organized documentation and knowledge repositories
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, IT, Finance, or related fields preferred)
0-1 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or training programs accepted)
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
