Job Title
Under the responsibility of the Head of Accounting and Quality Service, the person in charge is responsible for the accounting and budgetary treatment of expenses and revenues of a sector of the community.In the context of its missions, it ensures relations with suppliers, taxpayers, decentralized management services and the public finance center.More specifically, it is responsible for specific missions to strengthen budgetary and accounting quality.
Budgetary and accounting activities: - Ensures the security of accounting flows: control of commitments and purchase orders, control of liquidation elements (imputation, supporting documents,...) control of financial elements of public contracts, statements of advance payments, price revision where applicable pre-registration of fixed asset sheets ensure the follow-up of invoices: registration, breakdown of invoices, follow-up of supplier returns, rejections, etc.
Management of supplier relations and reminders - Guarantees the quality of the budgetary and accounting base: nomenclature: entry of accounts, entry of credit transfers or control third parties: creation / control / fusion of third parties - Follows the budgetary credits of the services: follow-up of the consumption of credits and alert, visa of credit transfers, help in the follow-up of unreconciled commitments, follow-up of processing deadlines and reminder participate in the council, training and assistance of decentralized management services - Ensure the continuity of operation of the Directorate participate in the versatility with other managers participate in telephone reception (queue in progress)
