Strategic Finance

The Strategic Finance team is focused on solving some of Figma's most pressing business issues. The team is responsible for owning the company's budget, driving annual and quarterly planning processes, allocating and deploying the company's resources efficiently, performing financial analyses, and partnering with teams across the company. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You'll get substantial visibility, focus on the highest-priority business issues, and be plugged into every facet of the business.

We are currently hiring for a few roles across our Strategic Finance team.

  • Go-To-Market: This role will focus on our Sales business. In your first 12 months, you will:
    • Own and materially improve Figma's annual planning and forecasting process
    • Influence resourcing and investment decisions across the Sales business
  • Corporate: This role will help deliver high accuracy in our revenue and ARR close. In your first 12 months, you will:
    • Own, scale, and materially improve Figma's Top-line financial ARR close and Figma's revenue model
    • Leverage automation to surface data-driven insights, enabling management to take proactive, margin-impacting actions
  • Growth: This role will focus on Figma's Acquisitions. In your first 12 months you will:
    • Own reporting & forecasting for acquired businesses, including revenue, headcount, and operating expenses
    • Partner with acquired business leadership to identify growth levers, inform pricing & packaging, and build out unit economics framework(s)

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs (SF / NY) or remotely in the United States.

Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.

For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.
