About the Role
Azure Development Support Engineer
Provide day today production support of Azure ecosystem for business-critical interfaces. Support enterprise initiatives to enhance existing interfaces, integrations, and new functionality. Monitor Azure interfaces production. Troubleshoot and determineroot cause for production issues. Promote application integration strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions set forth by Architecture. Complete bi-annual Risk and Control requirements including SOX compliance tasks. Keep apprised of Azure best practices and COE expectations by partnering with Architecture team.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering (any), Business, or related field, and five (5) years of post-Bachelor's, progressive, related work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices for delivering IT services; Azure technical architecture and integration; Knowledge of industry integration technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Web API's, ETL to build and support application integration; Monitoring, logging, and supporting frameworks such as.Net and Azure; Utilizing CI/CD and DevOps such as Git hub or Azure DevOps; Developing applications with.Net; and Understanding and applying security standards such as SSL, AML, or OAuth.
Telecommuting permitted.
