The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the HR department's data, systems, and analytics expertresponsible for transforming complex workforce data into clear insights and compelling stories that guide strategic decision-making. This role partners with stakeholders to define business problems, identify the most impactful data, and deliver actionable recommendations through advanced analytics and visualization.
This individual leads the optimization of HR systems, leverages AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline HR functions, ensures data integrity, and drives a modern, insight-driven approach to HR technology across the organization.

Pay Range: $84,645 - $111,400
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
