About the Role

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards will be paramount in your role. As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership to junior process engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide swing shift production support for Thin Film & Packaging manufacturing areas to achieve output and yield goals. Typical start time is 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
  • Address product and process quality issues, provide guidance to production operators, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform engineering tests, conduct process improvement projects, and prepare technical written reports.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, provide guidance to maintenance techs, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Work with production supervisors and leads, reduce bottlenecks in the line, and provide back-up production coverage as needed.
  • Ensure work instructions, drawings, logs, and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Train and certify production operators using a hands-on training approach.


Qualifications
MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,920 - $116,150. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
