In this role, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations to maintain and improve productivity, process, and product quality. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities- Provide day and swing shift production support for Thin Film to achieve output and yield goals. Typical start time is 7:30 am to 8:30 am.
- Areas that will be supported include, but are not limited to, saw dicing, heat treating, semiautomated probing, mechanical cleaning, and final inspection.
- Address product and process quality issues, provide guidance to production operators, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Perform engineering tests, conduct process improvement projects, and prepare technical written reports.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, provide guidance to maintenance techs, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
- Work with production supervisors and leads, reduce bottlenecks in the line, and provide back-up production coverage as needed.
- Ensure work instructions, drawings, logs, and records are accurate and up to date.
- Train and certify production operators using a hands-on training approach.
Qualifications MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws.
