Senior Leader For Enterprise-Wide Payer Strategy

Pennant is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide payer strategy, value-based care innovation, and growth execution across Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, commercial payers, and emerging risk models.

What You'll Lead
  • National payer strategy that fuels growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation
  • Innovative reimbursement models including episodic, value-based, and shared-savings arrangements
  • Complex payer negotiations to optimize rates, terms, and performance incentives
  • Market expansion in priority geographies, including support for M&A and new service lines
  • Value-based care programs improving outcomes for high-cost, high-acuity populations
  • Cross-functional alignment with operations, clinical leadership, finance, and business development
  • Performance analytics to strengthen payer mix, contract performance, and margin realization
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in healthcare leadership with deep expertise in managed care and payer strategy
  • Proven success negotiating complex agreements and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of home health, hospice, or post-acute reimbursement
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Data-driven decision-making and a track record of leading multi-state initiatives
