Demand Planner

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What you will do as an inventory demand planner?
- Analyze our inventory and sales data and provide your analytical insights.
- Partner with our vendors around the world and analyze vendor performance to make informed decisions with our buyers.
- Review and adjust location replenishment parameters and allocate the right quantities to each store and online.
- Perform purchase order creation, tracking and receipts flow management to meet company objectives
- Perform monthly inventory forecasting
- Develop and communicate customer availability mitigation strategies to support sales forecasts.
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of retail buying, inventory management, or planning experience
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel – you love data!
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking – have a "seek to understand" approach
- Great team player

Annualized Compensation Range
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00
This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
