About the Role

ELA Teacher Position

Highline Virtual Academy is seeking an ELA Teacher to join our team of educators for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year!

Teachers help students learn skills and develop attitudes and appreciations which will lead them toward the fulfillment of the District's goals of education.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience: Current Washington State Teacher's certificate with appropriate subject area endorsement(s) - ELA, K-8, and/or Art required.

Additional Requirements: Criminal background clearance and all certificates, licenses, endorsements, permits, and vaccines (absent exemption) as required for this position by state and local authorities.
