The Work Successful can will: The Level 4 Power Systems Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for the design, analysis, integration, and validation of complex electrical power architectures supporting radar systems. This role leads technical efforts, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates closely with cross functional teams to ensure power solutions meet performance, reliability, safety, and cost objectives throughout the system lifecycle.

Desired skills
• Knowledge of high voltage/High-current and safety, grounding, and shielding/EMI
• Experience with Power Modeling/Simulation Software such as PSpice
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating test equipment including oscilloscopes, Megohmmeter and power supplies
• Experience coordinating root cause and corrective action investigation internally as well as with suppliers
• Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors and customers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Occasional travel to customer sites and/or suppliers

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $181,113.
