About the Role

Job Description

As a Senior Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and supervise the field service team within the Industrial Automation (IA) Smart Energy business. You will ensure efficient and effective service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and support the implementation of smart energy solutions. Your leadership will be key to optimizing field operations and fostering a high-performing team.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Orillia location but will report to work sites throughout Ontario.

In this role, you will impact the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of our customers' energy operations by ensuring top-quality service and support from the field service team.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and supervise the field service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery for smart energy solutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule field service activities to optimize resource utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians on complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor field service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service supervision or management including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring tools, preferably with large sized teams
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a unionised team
  • Valid G drivers license
WE VALUE
  • Post secondary diploma or degree in related field.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and work order management systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of smart energy systems technologies including installing hydro meters.
  • Experience in smart energy solutions and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.


The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 in Orillia, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
