This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-performing advertising creatives and digital assets that support e-commerce marketing initiatives. The team focuses on creating visually compelling content that increases engagement, improves conversions, and strengthens brand consistency across multiple digital channels. They are looking for a designer with strong digital advertising experience who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing advertising creatives, marketing assets, and promotional materials that drive engagement and conversion across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce channels. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop conversion-focused creative, optimize campaign assets through iterative design, and maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints. This role is ideal for a designer with strong e-commerce experience, excellent visual design skills, and a passion for performance-driven creative.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative & Design Production
  • Create advertising creatives for social media, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Design product graphics, promotional materials, banners, and digital assets.
  • Develop creative aligned with established brand guidelines.
  • Iterate creative assets based on campaign performance and A/B testing results.
Campaign Support & Optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop high-converting advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize creative assets for social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Support campaign planning by developing visuals that complement messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Continuously improve creative performance through testing and optimization.
Brand & Visual Identity
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Adapt creative for multiple formats, platforms, and screen sizes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual systems.
  • Ensure visual quality across all marketing initiatives.
Collaboration & Project Management
  • Partner with content, marketing, and product teams throughout campaign execution.
  • Communicate project status, design decisions, and creative recommendations.
  • Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively to deliver high-performing marketing assets.
Design Tools & Platforms
  • Produce creative using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Utilize Canva, Figma, and similar design tools.
  • Design creative optimized for Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and digital advertising platforms.
Qualifications Experience
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience designing for e-commerce or digital advertising environments.
  • Experience creating advertising creatives, campaign visuals, and web assets.
  • Experience producing conversion-focused digital marketing creative.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
Qualifications Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with Canva.
