BIM Specialist
A national manufacturer of pre-engineered structures is hiring a BIM Specialist to own the last stage of Revit content before it goes live across the organization.You will take families and content that have been designed or modified and get them production-ready — clean, standards-compliant, and reliable for every downstream user.This is a content-quality role, not a project-design role: your output is the library other designers build with.
Strong Revit family builders who care about consistency and getting details right will find a clear, focused mandate here and a direct line of impact across every project the company produces.
Anticipate $75K-$85K, based on experience

Remote (U.S.); in-office if located in PHX area
Finalize and refine Revit families so they are ready for production use company-wide
Standardize parameters, types, and naming so content behaves predictably for every user
Bring content into alignment with established BIM standards and templates
Prepare finalized families for QA/QC testing and integrate approved content into the master build template
Resolve content issues in coordination with the broader BIM team
Keep the production library clean, consistent, and trustworthy as the single source of truth
Strong, demonstrable Revit family creation and editing experience
Working command of family parameters, types, and internal structure
Familiarity with BIM standards, templates, and content/library management
Track record of detail-driven, process-based content cleanup work
Ability to work independently and self-manage content workload
Exposure to QA/QC content workflows a plus
