The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating complex topics in a clear and ethical manner. Prior experience in financial services is not required; comprehensive training and licensing support are provided. Key Responsibilities
Deliver financial education to individuals and families through virtual meetings
Explain financial concepts related to protection, accumulation, and retirement planning
Support clients through a standardized, needs-based education process
Maintain accurate documentation and professional client relationships
Participate in ongoing training, compliance, and professional development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and ethical standards
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing (training provided)
Must successfully complete a background check
