Director Of Business Development – Healthcare Sales
Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a new Director of Business Development position.
This is a sales role in which you will execute the growth strategy for Liberty Healthcare's population health service line which includes eligibility and level of care assessments for long term services and supports and Medicaid HCBS; fraud, waste, abuse, and neglect; quality assurance and improvement; and care coordination.
The downstream impact of your work should result in the acquisition of significant new business for the organization and contribute to continued growth.
In this role you will work directly with operations executives, marketing professionals, and members of Liberty Healthcare's leadership team, including the C-Suite.
This is a high-profile position with substantial organizational visibility and impact.
You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and the ability to exclusively sell selected products and services nationally.
As Liberty Healthcare's Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Direct sales – with an emphasis cold calling and networking
- Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers in health plans, managed care organizations, EAPS, and other payors
- Using solution-focused consultative sales techniques which leverage Liberty Healthcare's core competencies to meet customer needs
- Delivering presentations to individuals and groups, in-person and virtually
You can expect:
- Base salary of $100,000 with an uncapped commission structure
- 33 days off annually for holidays, vacation, personal and sick leave

To qualify, you must have a minimum of three years of sales experience specifically in the healthcare industry.
When asked, you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of securing new business and prove your established relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare and human services industry.
You should be a self-starter who performs well with a high degree of autonomy. You must be skilled in consultative sales and a tenacious cold caller who can independently identify, engage, and influence high level decision makers.
Knowledge of population health concepts and services is highly desirable.
This is a virtual position which will allow you to primarily work remotely from your home office and require you to travel nationwide 30-50%.
