What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the heart of our store, helping customers and supporting your team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Actively assist customers, answer questions, and perform carry-outs.
- Store Operations:
- Operate cash registers.
- Stock and maintain product displays and inventory.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- DIY & Product Knowledge:
- Promote our Best Rewards Program.
- Cut materials like keys, chain, and glass.
- Mix paint, place special orders, and assist with Rug Doctor rentals.
Who We're Looking For

- A passion for providing a great customer service experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- An active interest in customers and a friendly, "people-person" demeanor.
