Position Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with experience in manufacturing or logistics environments. This role will support daily customer interactions, order processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Candidates must have prior experience in manufacturing or logistics to be considered.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product information
- Manage and process customer orders from entry through fulfillment
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing high-level B2B customer support
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping delays, and product concerns
- Update and maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and any potential delays
Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment required
- Experience supporting B2B customers strongly preferred
- Strong client and customer relationship management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
