Associate Director (Mensch)
You will take care of leading a programmatic team and its organization as well as the development of the individual colleagues.
- Best-Practises: You regularly analyze campaign results and derive appropriate optimization measures from them. You ensure the implementation of existing best practices and develop them further together with the team.
- Monitoring: You keep an eye on ongoing campaigns in the DSPs and ensure clean setups and continuously optimized setups.
- Strategy: You support the selection of suitable target groups, technologies, and inventories for programmatic purchasing.
- Numbers understanding: You optimize the programmatic media purchase and always keep the relevant KPIs in sight. The goal is to reliably achieve agreed performance targets.
- Networking: You are the main contact person and work closely with specialist teams and external partners in an international environment.

- Qualification: You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing, media studies, or a comparable education and have approx. 3-5 years of professional experience in online marketing, preferably in the field of programmatic advertising, as well as several years of leadership experience as a team lead in ad management/operations or programmatic.
- Data & Tech: The digital media landscape (DSPs, data, inventories, ad & audience verification technologies, etc.) are not just terms for you, but multiple acquired experience values.
- Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: To always stay ahead, it is essential for you to be up-to-date in programmatic.
- Data Preparation: With your good structure (in Excel as well as PowerPoint), it is easy for you to convey complex matters in an easily understandable way.
- Language skills: You can communicate confidently in both German and English.
