  • Establish AI best practices for the QA team, develop a QA AI training program and knowledge sharing, head a technical QA leadership cohort to oversee AI POCs and projects across the QA team, and to explore new uses and applications of AI to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for various software products and features.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded from concept to release.
  • Establish and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution processes, working closely with development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging QA trends, technologies, and methodologies, and recommend their application where appropriate.
  • Participate in release planning and provide sign-off on product quality for production deployments.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling QA teams for complex enterprise software products.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
  • Extensive experience with various testing types (functional, integration, regression, performance, security, etc.) and methodologies
  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and strategies (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, API testing tools).
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and quality gates.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements
