What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
- Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities aligned with strategic and mission-driven goals
- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments across various sectors
- Partner with portfolio companies to drive strategic growth and value creation
- Build and nurture authentic relationships with founders, management teams, and co-investors
- Collaborate with investment committees and leadership teams to shape portfolio strategy
- Integrate inner work values such as discernment, presence, and long-term stewardship into investment approaches
- Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust
Who You Are
- 3–10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or related fields
- Strong financial, strategic, and operational acumen with a founder- and operator-friendly mindset
- Skilled at navigating uncertainty and making principled, informed investment decisions
- Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about aligning capital with positive impact
- Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
- Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

- Prior experience at mission-driven investment firms or impact-focused funds
- Operator experience at high-growth companies
