Learn more at www.lancasterdock.com Key Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, stairs, and decking, roofing, tile installation, and handrailing Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Install doors, frames, hardware, and miscellaneous trim Framing docks and elevated decks with precision Assist with crane signals and rigging as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members Work outdoors in a range of seasonal and weather conditions Travel to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Troutman, NC Qualifications Minimum 5 years of carpentry or construction experience High school diploma or GED required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely operate a boat is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable with heights and working over water A General Contractor's license is a plus, but not required Benefits Dental and Vision Insurance Options Life and Disability Insurance Options Retirement Savings Program Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holidays, Sick) Mileage Reimbursement Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Safety Equipment Provided Apprenticeship/Mentorship Training Programs Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday, some Saturday work, with potential for overtime based on project needs and weather Work Location On-site in Troutman, North Carolina, and surrounding areas (within a 50-mile radius) Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
