Properly identifies patients throughout the accessioning process.# Enters and verifies correct patient demographic information from the requisition. 2.##### Performs tissue embedding.# Properly identifies patients throughout process.# 3.##### Prepares slides and stains according to SOP. 4.##### Maintains equipment and reagents as identified on maintenance schedules. 5.##### Documents all equipment maintenance. 6.##### Troubleshoots equipment and procedures and demonstrate a good working knowledge of equipment functions. 7.##### Performs Quality Control according to established procedures. 8.##### Meets or exceeds the quality guidelines and turnaround times as established by our Pathologists.
