NTT DATA Services currently seeks a QA Manager--IoT & Mobile Testing to join our team in Benton Harbor, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).

Responsibilities:
-Perform Software Requirement Analysis, create the Test Plan and Test Cases with Work Product Reviews.
-Ensure Test environment readiness, Map the traceability to requirements, perform Defect Management in IBM
Rational.
-Execute and record Test Cases for mobile applications using iOS, Android and Wearable Devices.
-Perform Lead activities including monitoring daily status, updating status in the Scrum meeting, collaboratively
work with offshore team and stakeholders.
-Provide resolution to the issues and escalate impediments to leadership.
-Provide input to go/no go decision based on Testing Status.
-Communicate Best Practices and standards to testing community
-Work with Data Model Architect to understand and define the Key Value Pair.
-Work with Cloud team to onboard the new Product Content for loT.
-Work with Cloud/App Development/GCD/Marketing and Project teams to deliver the product to Go Live
Required experience:
5 years of test lead experience
5 years of IoT or mobile application testing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent software testing skills and agility to adapt to new digital technologies. Understanding or exposure to IoT, WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices
  • Familiarity with the concepts related to several of the following technical and IT disciplines:
    • IoT
    • Cloud Computing
    • Micro-service Architecture
    • Machine to Machine Interfaces
    • Mobile App Development and Testing (iOS & Android)
    • Agile-Scrum Framework
  • Working experience with managing a large testing team
  • Domain experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Knowledge of test management tools like Rational Suites/ALM
  • Experience in managing Automation testing team developing API automated testing solutions using UFT, Selenium, JUnit, Soap UI, Load UI, TestNG, and JMeter
  • Maintain knowledge of specific technical specialisms, provides detailed advice regarding their application and executes specialized tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Test to fail attitude and should be very strong in End to End integration testing
  • A passion for applying latest technologies into the testing of innovative features and products
  • Self-motivated and a strong passion for learning
