Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Need a Leader to take complete ownership of the Applications Services, deliver projects and services with high quality, on schedule and as per contracted SLAs, work with Customer stakeholders to ensure proper planning and implementation of Business requirements as per contractual commitments, pro-actively drive innovation and bring value to customer business and reduce cost of operation
engage with customer business stakeholders, understand their expectations and requirements and help address with IT solutions, contribute with knowledge of customer business and NTTD expertise for a win-win growth situation
- The Account Leader's roles and responsibilities include:
- Work extensively with CXOs at the client side to ensure smooth Applications Services delivery and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage Client expectations on all delivery related aspects while working closely with Client Manager and Group Delivery Executives.
- Provide leadership for the entire delivery team spread over multiple geographical locations .
- Bring in best practices from Industry - Life & Annuity business and IT area - to add value to the customer
- Creating and active coaching of strong team structure working closely with Delivery Executives.
- Ensure succession planning and career progression for all individuals in the account.
- Support Account growth and deliver as per or better than committed margin
- Day-to-day management of delivery, issue resolution and effective risk management.
- Working closely with the global practices to ensure high quality delivery.
- Drive proactive productivity improvement, best practice implementation and innovation.
- Resource forecast and optimal deployment and utilization of resources
- Support Client Management for the development of proposals to customer.
- Participate in the review of proposals to ensure that the proposals are of highest quality, achievable, competitive and aligned to customer needs
- Sign off on behalf of Delivery, along with Group Delivery Executives, for the proposals submitted to the customer.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
12+ years of IT Experience.
5+ years Business Consulting – INSURANCE - Life & Annuity business
5+ years Delivery Oversight – Global Delivery Model
5+ years Delivery Oversight-Software Development
5+ years Delivery Oversight-Software Maintenance
