Develop and grow key customer relationships and strategic accounts
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Partner with supply, operations, and finance to ensure strong execution
Requirements
10+ years in fuel, energy, or commodities sales
Proven sales leadership experience with strong commercial results
Deep understanding of fuel markets and pricing dynamics
Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
