About the Role
Missions
Contribute to the definition of the community's orientations and the elaboration, under the responsibility of the political team, of a project shared by all stakeholders of the public action; lead the services and pilot the territorial organization in coherence with the previously defined orientations.
Participation in the definition of the global project of the community and its implementation strategy; elaboration and piloting of the management and optimization strategy of resources; impulse and conduct of strategic projects integrating innovation and efficiency of services; structuring and animation of the managerial policy of the community in link with the executive; piloting of the executive team; supervision of the management of services and conduct of the social dialogue; implementation, piloting of the evaluation of local policies and projects of the community; institutional representation and negotiation with the actors of the territory; strategic regulatory and prospective watch.
