Product Owner/Business Analyst 100% Remote
Location Phoenix AZ
12 Months plus contract

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role, preferably in an agile environment.
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in product management, software development, or business process improvement.
Experience in requirement elicitation, user story creation, and backlog management.
Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Business Analysis Skills: Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams.
Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system integration.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business scenarios and recommend solutions.
