Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Business Hours (4 hours daily minimum required, based on KPI hits and overall role effectiveness)

Position Overview:

They specialize in driving rapid brand awareness, revenue expansion, and market acquisition through highly integrated digital growth channels. The Role

Our Client is seeking a charismatic, highly strategic, and growth-oriented Director of Influencer, Creator & Affiliate Partnerships to build and lead a world-class creator acquisition, affiliate, and partnership engine. Serving as the primary face of the brand within the creator space, this professional will combine the instincts of an elite talent scout with the execution skills of an advanced growth operator. The successful candidate will design and scale the structural systems required to discover rising digital talent, negotiate high-leverage partnerships, unlock advanced revenue streams via TikTok Shop and Meta whitelisting, and transform influencers into long-term commercial advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Discovery, Talent Scouting & Strategy

  • Monitors digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, podcasts, newsletters) to scout and identify rising, high-converting creators before they enter the mainstream.
  • Architectures and maintains a robust, continuous inbound and outbound creator pipeline tailored for user-generated content (UGC), organic syndication, and brand ambassadorships.
  • Collaborates closely with internal paid media, creative, and leadership teams to align creator asset production with paid acquisition budgets.
  • Develops scalable partnership strategies designed to compound brand equity and community growth over time.
Influencer, Whitelisting & TikTok Shop Management
  • Leads end-to-end recruitment, contract negotiation, and multi-channel campaign management for top-tier influencer partnerships.
  • Secures, configures, and manages creator permissions for dark posting and paid advertising amplification across Meta and TikTok whitelisting structures.
  • Maximizes commercial footprint within the TikTok Shop Creator Program by building direct relationships with high-converting affiliates.
  • Oversees product seeding execution and develops performance-based incentive programs to continually motivate content partners.
Affiliate Program Architecture & Network Building
  • Directs and expands the global affiliate and brand ambassador program, designing high-converting commission structures and viral growth initiatives.
  • Innovates automated outreach frameworks, partner contests, and performance milestones to maximize affiliate-generated revenue.
  • Serves as a central, highly respected connector within the broader media buying, agency, and creator ecosystem to capture hidden partnership opportunities.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and presents performance data, spending efficiency, and precise ROI matrices to corporate stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of documented success managing mid-to-large scale influencer networks, creator campaigns, affiliate structures, or digital media partnerships.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep, intuitive understanding of algorithmic trends, content monetization strategies, and audience dynamics across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Commercial Acumen: Verified track record of recruiting influencers, negotiating complex compensation or equity models, and assessing what specific content types drive direct-response conversions.
  • Infrastructure Setup: A dedicated home office, a highly professional digital communication setup, and a stable, high-speed internet connection capable of managing high-bandwidth streaming and global digital workflows.

  • Proven hands-on technical experience with Meta advertising whitelisting and running campaigns within the TikTok Shop Affiliate ecosystem.
