- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management within complex, client-facing environments.
- 3-5+ years of proven people leadership experience, including managing multi-level and matrixed teams.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and lead initiatives in high-pressure environments.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex operational information.
- Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and board-level audiences.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, healthcare financial processes, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
