Job Duties
  • Perform payroll from start to finish for a team of around 200 employees.
  • Collect, enter, and verify all payroll variables.
  • Ensure the reliability of salary slips in compliance with deadlines.
  • Conduct consistency checks and monitor any potential anomalies.
  • Manage employee administrative records.
  • Prepare documents related to employee departures.
  • Track leave, absences, and work stoppages.
  • Handle daily social security daily allowance payments.
  • Ensure proper integration of absence elements in payroll.
  • Prepare and verify Social Security Declarations (DSN).
  • Answer questions from managers and employees on daily payroll topics.
Work Environment
  • High volume of personnel movements (around 100 entries per month).
  • Constantly growing portfolio.
  • Payroll and HR software: Nibelis.
  • Expense report management software: Notilus.
