The incumbent will serve as the accountable official for financial activities within Wilmington VA Medical Center (WVAMC). Reporting to the Associate Director of the Medical Center, incumbent will have direct operational and/or supervisory responsibilities for facility accounting, budget, payroll, resources management, contract management and employee travel.
